Lagu ini termasuk salah satu lagu inspirasional dari Queen, menceritakan seorang yang bernama Sammy, pegawai di Emerald bar. Ia selalu termenung tentang apa yang ia lakukan dalam hidupnya, ia tidak pernah mendapatkan apa yang ia inginkan. Ia punya seorang bos yang sama sekali tidak membantunya, malah membuatnya semakin terpuruk dan mencoba membuatnya menjauhi mimpinya. Tapi Sammy adalah manusia bebas, ia harus terbang melepas semua belenggu, ketika kesempatan itu datang ia harus mengambilnya, mungkin itu kesempatan yang terakhir baginya.

Menurut saya lagu ini cukup unik karena merupakan lagu disco. Lagu ini dirilis tahun 1977 oleh Bee Gees. Masalah selalu datang, terkadang membuat kita frustasi. Beberapa lebih memilih mati, beberapa memilih bunuh diri (sama aja), but Im gonna fight the world back, will you stayin alive with me?
